Combus Pro (“we”, “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, in line with applicable data-protection laws, including Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email and mobile number you provide at sign-up.
• Payment data: processed directly by the payment processor. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: prompts, creations (text, images and other generated content), point history and access logs.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and service improvement.

2. How we use your data

• Provide, operate and improve the platform and its AI tools;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Keep your creation history available for later access;
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
• Send product updates, plan changes and important notices.

3. Data sharing

Your prompts and content may be sent to AI model providers solely to perform the tasks you request. Payment data is handled by the payment processor. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Your rights

• Confirm the existence of and access your personal data;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Request portability of your data;
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your account.

5. Security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password encryption, secure connections (HTTPS), role-based access control and monitoring of intrusion attempts.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to work (such as the session cookie that keeps you signed in). We also use Google Tag Manager to measure visits, traffic sources and page use. This may include Google Analytics and campaign cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies beyond this measurement without your consent.

In addition, Combus Pro records first-party analytics after the page finishes loading: approximate country, device, OS, browser, page visited, time and traffic source (search, ad, referral or direct). If you are signed in, we associate the visit with your account ID and whether the account is free or paid. Bots and automations are identified and separated from human visits. This data stays on our server and is used only to understand how the platform is used.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as required by legal and tax obligations. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or anonymized, except where the law requires retention.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the platform.
