Welcome to Combus Pro! By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Combus Pro is a platform that provides access to multiple AI models for text, images, image editing and restoration, background removal, video, audio, music and other tools, through a points system tied to subscription plans.

2. Registration and account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential;
• You are responsible for all activity on your account;
• Sharing your account or reselling access to the platform is prohibited;
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Plans, points and payments

• A subscription grants a number of points per cycle (monthly, quarterly, six-month or yearly);
• Each tool spends points according to the table shown on the platform;
• Unused points are not refundable in cash;
• Prices may be adjusted, with 30 days’ prior notice;
• You may cancel the subscription at any time in the dashboard; access remains until the end of the paid cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights;
• Create disinformation, spam, scams or malicious content;
• Generate sexual content involving minors or any criminal material;
• Attempt to bypass security, limits or the points system;
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property of others.

5. AI-generated content

• Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies;
• You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it;
• Your creations remain in your personal area (“My creations”) while the account is active;
• We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content: similar results may be produced for other users.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions based on generated content, for temporary unavailability of AI providers, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Combus Pro brand, design and code are our property. Rights in generated content follow the terms of the respective AI model providers and applicable law.

8. Termination

We may close or suspend accounts in case of a breach of these terms, fraud or abusive use, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the venue of our registered office shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
